Arduino and Xbee Pot with Led fade.docx

The code for the receiver and please see recognition inside the code.

Arduino and Xbee Pot with Led fade.docx

This is the transmit/sender code for fading led control with a potentiometer.

RX picture of pot and fading led over Xbee.JPG

This is the picture for the receiving end of my potentiometer and fading led wireless. Again I took the picture from the same website. It is one of the most outstanding tutorials I came across regarding the Xbee and Arduino.

Transmit picture.JPG

Transmit/sending picture of the potentiometer controlling a led by fading wirelessly with the aid of Arduino and Xbee.

This is my second attempt to try and learn more about the Xbee capabilities.

Recognition to the original author included in the codes provided. It was about the friendliest tutorial to follow and therefore I decided to try it myself. It is about the only site I could copy and paste to try. I am relying heavy on codes and circuits that really works well for me to learn from.

I am making use of two Xbee sheilds namely Arduino and Itead. It seems to work just fine.

You will notice in the video there is a breadboard sheild stacked onto the Xbee sheild which in turn is stacked with the Arduino Uno.

This is the pot added to fade a led on the receive side.
